Medically, my diagnosis for the primary tumors were as follows:

In the diagnosis above, the T N and M values are pertinent in grading tumor stage.
The T value is the extent of the tumor. My tumor was 11 cm or about the size of a softball. The scale is T0 to T4.
N is the involvement of local lymph nodes. The scale is N0 to N3.
The M value indicates whether cancer has spread, or metastasized, to other parts of the body. In this case, the tumors in my brain qualified this diagnosis as M1. The scale is M0 to M1.
A CT of the brain, with contrast, on 10/20/2018 indicated the following:
ICD Code | C79.31 |
Full Desc | Secondary malignant neoplasm of brain |
Diagnosis Date | 10/24/2017 |
A lesion in the left frontal lobe gray-white junction measuring 7 x 6 mm.
A lesion in the left parietal cerebral convexity gray-white junction measuring 8 x 6 mm.
A lesion in the right occipital lobe gray-white junction measuring 9 x 7 mm.
A lesion in the right lateral occipital lobe gray-white junction measuring 7 x 7 mm.
The metastatic brain lesions automatically result in a diagnosis of stage IV cancer.
